讲座摘要
Magnetic reconnection is a fundamental physical process in various astrophysicalspace, and laboratory environments. In solar physics, it is even believed to be akey mechanism to heat/accelerate plasmas and drive the eruption of large-scalemagnetic field, giving rise to coronal mass ejections, flares, and solar energeticparticles. For my talk, l will first present imaging observations of magneticreconnection during solar explosive events emphasizing on its three-dimension(3D) confiquration and turbulent nature through high spatiotemporal resolutionand multiple perspective observations. Toward understanding the origin ofturbulent reconnection, in particular its physical links to flare dynamical structuresof different scales, our group recently implemented high-resolution MHDsimulation of 3D magnetic reconnection in a realistic flare configuration. Thesecond part of my talk will show simulation results and prospects for the future.
嘉宾介绍
程鑫,南京大学天文与空间科学学院教授、副院长。2012年6月获南京大学天文学博士学位,2010年9月至2011年12月在美国乔治梅森大学联合培养,2019年2月至2022年7月德国马普太阳系研究所从事“洪堡高级访问学者“。主要研究方向为日冕物质抛射、磁场重联、太阳射电暴、恒星磁活动等。曾获国家基金委优秀青年基金、江苏省杰出青年基金资助,美国地球物理学会“Basu Early Career Award”,中国天文学会“黄授书奖”,亚太等离子体物理学会“青年科学家奖”,连续入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。 |
